1.We provide Free shipping by China post air mail under the most common condition. But it takes around 15-40 working days after being posted. Sometimes will be delayed up to 41-60 working days due to the customs or other problems, such as local weather problem, so it needs your enough patience to wait for the parcel. And when you choose the shipment way, then we think you agree to accept this delay if happens.
2.We Ship your package DDU, “duties and taxes unpaid”. You are responsible for paying any additional charges for customs clearance if happens.
1.We support return and change item policy, but you need to pay full cost for two way transports (include the shipping, taxes and customs cost etc.) and keep the item in good condition, otherwise we will keep right to refuse the refund and return. All the return policy must be apply within 7 days (the time point start from you receive the item).
The below problems not apply to return and refund policy:
(1) Color, size difference problems just as what we have mentioned;
(2) Product with some damages due to incorrect operation;
(3) Washed, used and worn products;

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
